Benji's Roofing is a family owned roofing company and roofing contractor located in Ephrata PA. Primarily we install architectural shingles.

 Our services also include gutter guard installation/cleaning, metal roof installations, roof coating/painting, rubber roof installations, vinyl soffit and fascia capping.

All of our work includes a service warranty of 10-15 years.

Benji's Roofing company will make your roofing process simple. Simple upfront pricing and paperwork gets us started. Simple proven quality systems, application methods and materials ensure the integrity of your roof. A simple invoice with a simple thank you for choosing us gets us on our way.

Our agreement form is 1-2 pages and it explains exactly what will be done while on your property and what materials will be used, simply & clearly. No confusion! No gimmicks! 

Our system is clear and consistent.

All of our architectural shingle roof installations come with ice & water guard installed on the bottom 3ft of the roof deck, ice & water guard installed in the valleys of the roof deck, ice & water guard installed around the chimney & pipe boots, new underlayment either synthetic or felt, new drip edge, new ridge vent, new pipe boots, new aluminum chimney flashing, new Architectural shingles (specific brands of shingles may be used upon request), new hip & ridge capping. After the roof is installed the yard is cleaned of debris and nails using a rolled magnet. You have the option of paying with a credit card.
